ZFTX: JS and CSS assets

Committing load of JS libraries for tutorial to work out of the box like skeleton does is very sad. Doing separate frontend project and compile into final JS app is sad too because not all pages need all of JS libraries. Let PHP decide what libs are needed per page and compile page specific assets. Maybe look at full asset management framework.
