allow ap-south-2 region

Hi,

We use openssl-lambda-layer in our terraform module that allow us to create a bunch of resources, the lambda function is failing in AWS ap-south-2 region with permission denied error

api error AccessDeniedException: User: arn:aws:sts::130759716482:assumed-role/creator/aws-go-sdk-1721402991459603253 is not authorized to perform: lambda:GetLayerVersion

Would you be able to add ap-south-2 region?
