fix extract_all.sh and add new script to extract all videos in one run

I fix issue of extract_all.sh which does not work due to using $2 instead of $1 Also, I add new script "extract_all_videos_files.sh" in order to extract all videos in the data folder and use does not require to enter file one by one.
