"ask run" 401 error

Expected Behavior

"ask run" should work without getting disconnected and "ask debug" should be able to respond from the local system.

Current Behavior

"ask run" is giving error for EU and FE regions. It's working for NA region but "ask dialog" is getting the response from hosted service instead of the local code.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

create a Skill in EU region with en_IN locale. clone the skill and run "ask run --region EU"
