Output prettier UI and/or plainer text

The current output is neither easily machine parsable list of files (it has extra strings stuck in) nor a pretty UI. I think we should go both ways, include a prettier UI while running as a TUI and a flatter list of files / commits when being piped or when TUI is disabled.

Consider ratatui.
