Add search bar to XREF UI to filter results by name/keyword

Journalists want to look in XREF results for a particular name quite often. While the default is OK, journalists have to paginate to look for a particular name in the XREF results without even being guaranteed that all that pagination will return a desired entity. I better approach is to add an XREF search in the UI to just search the XREF results, not unlike a document search or dataset search.

+1, this comes up a lot as a requested functionality. Similarly, it should be possible to search the matched datasets.

Also, as per our disussion, we should try and align search bar and filters to be similar to those of normal search. I.e. filter xref results by source document or other properties.

Note to the future. This was brought up again and remains a point of frustration for the Data Desk team as well as individual journalists.
