Retire the OpenRefine Reconciliation API
Aleph implements a version of the Reconciliation API in aleph.views.reconcile_api. The API allows users to match entities in a spreadsheet in OpenRefine against a dataset in Aleph. This is useful in theory, but in practice it's a) pretty obscure to use Refine, b) fills similar use cases with the mappings UI, c) doesn't work for datasets that are not perfectly de-duplicated.
It's a pretty good chunk of code we could retire without really harming any/many users. Showing about one or two users a day, at most.
It's indeed nice retirement, let it go away. I didn't see any person which uses OpenRefine out of "OpenRefine workshops", dis anybody ever met a person using this?
