comparing the emissions intensity for a few coal and gas plants in WA with the source Joel provided, the openNEM ones seem to be a bit on the low side....

by representation you mean in terms of distinguishing between them being retired/mothballed/decommissioned/demolished and site remediated? or something else l?

also worth noting that Muja is in the Collie location (collie/bunbury region) while Kwinana is halfway bw collie and perth and a seperate municipal region.
