Ctrl + Drag&Drop doesn't work

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR

The settings pane tells us to drag the toast around by holding Ctrl and using the mouse on the toast.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR

Trying this, only results in a Windows *ding tone
