Failed To Load in firmware with NoBT/WIFI

WEBMAN SERVICE failed to load in cfw , because it missing in bt/wifi adapter

some work arround is delete config , and after digging to source code i found patch for NoBD Firmware its logic like deleted config too

can i add deleted config at startup like noBD patch to No BT without doing that manually
