[Request] /edit.ps3 Shortcut on File Manager
i'd like to request if possible, a shortcut in the context menu on the File Manager to easily edit text files.
Appreciated.
/edit.ps3 is a very limited command. It only supports the edition of text files smaller than 1.3KB characters. The reason is that the text to be saved is sent as GET request in the URL which is limited by the browser to aprox. 1.3KB.
The TXT files that meet that requirement already have an /edit.ps3 link in the size column (which can be clicked on the PS3). However the context menu is available only on the PC.
I could add it to the context menu, but I don't think it's really needed, unless you have a good justification.
BTW if you know javascript, you can add the code yourself to fm.js
Aldo I would like to request this feature too
I'm without my PC ATM and I needed to check my .bat script, the webMAN file manager only downloaded my .bat, I couldn't open it on my phone, if the webMAN file manager had a shortcut to open it, it would saved me some time
EDIT: In my case I was just needing a way to view the .bat, but having a way to also edit it using a shortcut from the context menu would be great.
