Grab still saving as tiff after changing in Secrets, rebooting

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Secrets prefpane, change Grab setting to save as .jpeg filetype
2. Reboot computer
3. File still saves as .tiff format

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
filetype should be .jpg. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Macbook Pro 17-inch (MacbookPro8,3) running Secrets 1.0.6 on OS X 10.8.1
