Update HTML report generation

Hi, this PR fixes some usability issues I encountered with the HTML report generated by the viz command. Here's a list of things I addressed:

  • Updated to the latest Bootstrap version
  • Removed superfluous dependencies
  • Enhanced graph navigation (especially for large clusters)
  • Placed legend within a popover (hidden by default)
  • Simplified HTML template

@prdngr - I did start to review and tested it actually a while back, and ended up getting pulled to something else before sharing feedback.
