Sweech app not working

This app not working at all, when I start it on mobile hotspot it starts but when I use the local link it just doesn't work. But when I am connected to wifi then it works but on mobile hotspot it doesn't work, I purchased pro version plz fix it please my phone on android 11 IMG_20210708_200956
