Referer not passed when using formbuilder.html as local file

Hiya,

Awesome tool! .. I noticed that the "Referer" field is not passed by the browser when formbuilder.html is used locally. Running it on a webserver somewhere (as you advise to do in your docs with the grabber.js file) resolves this.
