the execution time exceeds what's used by --time

I'm using sysbench 1.0.17 and started to see the "execution time" exceeded the value specified by --time option. Sometimes the diff is 10-15%, and other times is multiples

Here's one case, where "--time 900" and the test took longer. This is mainly with writes in this case rndwr execution time (avg/stddev): 1102.6221/2.82

Any known issue?
