Can't find siri in my iphone x

Hi, running my app on physical Iphone X, the command Tts.voices().then(voices => console.log(voices)); give me all default language packages, i'm interesting only to my local language (italian). There are all my local voice packages but i can't see and use Siri female.

Going to Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> Speech -> Voices into my iphone there is Siri female as default voice.

How can i solve this issue?
