Feature Request: Pause playback until channelID is known

I think it would be good if there were an option to pause playback until the channelID has been checked. The purpose of this would be to use it in conjunction with the "Force Channel Check Before Skipping" option.

As it is, if there is a sponsor at the very beginning of a video, sometimes a few seconds of it will play before getting skipped. This would prevent that.
