Visualize min/max values of metrics on Run Explorer table

🚀 Feature

Ability to visualize not only the latest metric values but also best on the Runs Explorer dashboard.

Motivation

Runs explorer is used a lot for comparing singular/final results of runs such as latest metric values etc. it would be awesome to enrich the availeble aggregated values on the Runs dashboard to enable other types of comparisons.

Pitch

The runs explorer table should enable to pick and ultimately visualize different aggregate values per metric.
