Background Update: Update Error - LXD installation

Hi everyone,

Does anybody know where can I find the destinations that AIL Framework use to do the background update? Because I'm not the administrator of the firewall from where AIL Framework go to Internet, and the Administrator told me that he opened internal AIL Framework IP completely to Internet, but I'm still receiving this error message on the UI:

My installation is in LXD. I did it the same installation in my home lab (with LXD too), and is working perfectly (no Background Update: Update Error), so my understanding is that is something on the firewall of the first installation, but I didn't find any log line that tell something about this update error on /home/ail/ail-framework/logs.
