Won't Install - Error reading .msi file

Hi Guys,

I can't install. Tried both downloading only the SerialLabSetupV1.0.0.msi file or downloading the whole folde (.zip, unziping and running SerialLabSetupV1.0.0.msi).

It shows this error message:

Do you guys have an idea?
