Unresponsive items after navigation

I'm having an issue where navigating into a SettingPage and then back will cause that page to no longer work.

Weird, what iOS version are you running? Does adding some components inside the SettingPage work?

This was Xcode 14.1 / iOS 16.1. I've just updated to 14.2 / 16.2 and it seems fixed 🤷‍♂️
