Run it on my own sequences

When I try to run it on my own sequence (simply replace the images in Data), it cannot detect person correctly. Is there something to do with the .mat files in Detection folder? How can I generate my own? What are the tracklets I need to provide? And how can I modify the netCost matrix generator depending on my own sequences?
