hello friends, I recently used pyscenic for analysis. after the rgular analysis procedure, I found that there is (+) and (-) for the same regulon, like this. What do the (+) and (-) represent respectively? and how should I to explain this. From the results of the heatmap, the expression values of the (+) and (-) states of the same regulon are not negatively correlated.

The + denotes "positive" regulons (i.e. there is a positive correlation between the TF and target gene expression values). The - denotes "negative" regulons. Check this issue: https://github.com/aertslab/pySCENIC/issues/343
