Profile Editor - Tributes section does not work properly with rarity

The profile editor is set up to assign a rarity to a tribute, but that's not actually how it works. You can either filter by a tribute name, OR by a rarity, or a combination of both. You don't decide the rarity of specific tributes. You basically say "I want to keep Tribute of Mystique and also I want to keep all Unique tributes."

Truthfully this means the tribute editor can just be a simple list, it's just a list of the tributes you want to keep and also the rarities you want to keep. This might not be too different from the AspectUpgrades tab, which I'm working on now.

I want to add I think this is a feature literally no one, including me, uses so it's not a priority.
