Feature request: Cover thermostat

I suggest adding a variant of the actuator, for example, a heater or cooler with a domain other than the switch (for example, cover) and a smooth adjustment from 0 to 100. It would be great to control the horse-drawn drive, not letting the temperature drop in the cold season, while at the same time ventilating the room. For example, the temperature in the room has grown, the window has been slightly opened by x%, it is growing even more - we open the window wider, the temperature began to fall smoothly, we cover the window.
