Feature request: Auto-prefixer support

It would be great to have CSS/LESS/SCSS code run through an auto-prefixer during the compile phase.

I noticed that @m8brgarc has forked the plugin and added support, although his version requires NodeJS on the server (and all development machines). I had hoped that someone had written an auto-prefixer library in pure-PHP, but I have not yet come across one. Is anyone aware of such a library?
