I think this got fixed with https://github.com/ansible-collections/azure/releases/tag/v3.10.0 and #2084
Even tiktoken does not have it yet implemented: https://github.com/openai/tiktoken/issues/395 It seems like is uses the same encoding as 4o: https://github.com/openai/tiktoken/issues/395#issuecomment-2847076168
