How to disable "Delete file confirmation" Pop up

Hi, We are using CmisSync with LogicalDoc. But when ever we are deleting any files from main folder, it is asking for confirmation and a popup showing. Untill and unless we click on that sync getting paused. How to get rid of it. Please help.
