Option to change to logarithmic scale y-axis (Citation Metrics)

Currently the bottom graph in the Citation Metrics report (time series graph with Read10, Tori, i10, etc) only shows a linear y-axis. It would be nice to be able to switch to a logarithmic scale for the y-axis, just like in the citations graph on the search results page,
