adding records to library - remember most recent library

user suggestion (Chris Curtin, 10/8/2018): It'd be nice if when I am trying to add a paper to one of my libraries, that it defaults to the last library I was in in the drop down menu. Often I'm adding several papers to a library at once, and if it defaulted to my last library I would save one extra click in the process.
