Settings for "Keep screen on" tile

Implement a setting where the user can select the "Keep screen on" that the user wants to use from the following values:

  • Keep screen on while connected to AC Charger
  • Keep screen on while connected to USB Charger
  • Keep screen on while connected to ny kind of charger (default value from "Developer options")
