add control relay to my tower fans

not sure if I should use a D1 mini running esphome with relays , Or maybe a Shelly ? or just use a Gosund Plug ...

Things to consider :

• 3 speeds
• oscillation

(timer gan be ignored sinc that would get controled by HA)
