Create new compatibility branch for MIUI & EMUI

This issue is for a new compatibility branch for Roms that have issues with the regular version.

Changes from master:

• Will be based on 1.3
• Will be compiled for SDK 23 and target SDK 23.
• Will use legacy com.android.support libraries
• Won't have dark mode

When finished should be released alongside 1.5 but with different version number. I think 1.3.Xc because it is going to be based on 1.3 with some fixes mainly reversed charging indicator bugfix. 1.3 - because it is based on 1.3 X - version number 1,2,3... ect c - compatibility

Can someone with EMUI/MIUI test if the same workaround we used for android 11 works with EMUI/MIUI

Unless you are running android 11 you'll need to change every check for Build.VERSION_CODES.R to Build.VERSION_CODES.O

Does the app work as intended?

I have to click on the app icon after airpods are connected to get the notifications shown up, but then it seems working. Have not tested vers 1.6 so much, but in the several last days it seems to be more reliable than the 1.5 version
