Expected Behaviour

Redirect to Thank You Page authored in the AF Embed component

Actual Behaviour

Redirect to Thank You Page authored authored in Form

Steps to Reproduce

1. On the AF Embed Component, select the Form to be embedded on the Sites Page
2. Configure Submit action > Redirect to thank you page > Thank You Page path
3. Save the dialog
