v2 design is not up to date with adobe.com website

I have seen a very big difference between both opensource.adobe.com and adobe.com in terms of the landing page.

I was thinking about it and thought, I could contribute to make a new version, v3 of the website so it matches the same kind of patterns than adobe.com, can I have the green flag to try a v3 of the landing page ?
