Update all the libraries and .Net to 4.7.2

The was a vulnarable version of restsharp. I have updated it to the last one with supported interfaces in your code. So you need to update the code if you want to still use restsharp. I suggest to avoid using it anywhere. They too often change the code to make all the related code incompatible.

Namespaces have been updated due to compilation issues in vs2022.

Other libs have been updated too.
