default value of controlsidebar from admin-config.properties not set correctly
hello, i don't understand why the settings of the admin-config.properties doesn't set the value on the controlsidebar example i have set admin.controlSidebar.leftMenuTemplate=true and when i start my apllication the leftmenu is set but the flag is unchecked
please help thank you
