Ascending parameter in statements retrieval is unclear

It never actually says if ascending is false returned data must be sorted in descending order, though that is the requirement.

There's a paragraph at the top of the table:

a list of Statements in reverse chronological order based on "stored" time

Still, it wouldn't hurt to replace "reverse" with "descending" and duplicate the information in the table.
