[BUG] Email shares defined by admins cannot be used by other admins

🐛 Bug Report for Booklore

📝 What happened?

I created User A (admin) When using user B who is also admin I cannot see the email providers and recipient that are shared by admin A.

🔄 Steps to Reproduce

Create user A Admin Create Email provider and recipient Create user B not admin You can access the providers and recipient that are shared by A Go back to user A and make user B admin Retry with user B

Result: The providers shared by user A are not available to user B anymore.

✅ Expected Behavior

Providers shared by User A should be accessible to User B even if User B is admin
