Could not download the pretrained weights of the VGG16 network

The google drive sharing link given in the README refers to an empty folder. Thus, the file vgg16.npy could not be found. This appears to me as an urgent issue that requires immediate measure.

I have the same issue. Can you provide us with the pre-trained model?
