[Design Spec] Tooltip
The tooltip component will mostly be used in web and android. The web team will start soonish with the implementation of this component, this is a great chance for us to collaborate on the component.

Good morning, We have made a decision regarding the tooltip. At this time, we will not be developing the tooltip. Currently, the tooltip does not provide any value for Spark or its users, and there is no open request for it. We may reconsider this decision if we receive a request in the future and if there is no alternative solution available. The only request we received is the following: Link to request (note that this is not a tooltip). This request has already been addressed using the pop-over component.
