Issue when first element inside container has height of 100% and is touching the top of canvas=container
The following happens on Mac Safari 9.1.1 and Mac Chrome Version 51.0.2704.103. And note seperate issue for IOS in the last paragraph.
Issue doesn't exist on PC Browsers IE 11.0.9600.17126, Chrome 51.0.2704.103 m, Firefox 30.0 and Mac Firefox 47.0.
I have used the dev.html file from the sites download page with next to no edits. see commented css within my example URL: http://goo.gl/CcwZ4U
If you place something like a div as the first element with 100% height in the canvas=container and you open a slidebar it causes a funky flash and overlay of content when opening a slidebar, but if you put margin-top: 1px or -1px on the element then it fixes it (padding-top: 1px on canvas=container works too). Basically if something that is 100% height is touching the top of canvas=container then you get the funky flash (note: changing the height of first element to anything less than 100% will remove funky flash) (further note: changing element to 101% doesn't fix issue).
Please note on IOS that the white background is black, and then when you change the height to be less than 100% or put the extra pixel in so the element isn't touching the top of canvas=container then it behaves as it should with background being white.
Hi kubik101,
Thank you so much, that's a great find and strange! I'll look into it and apply a fix!
I'll keep you updated.
Thanks,
Adam
Interestingly it only occurs with reveal and push styles. I'll keep looking.
