Inline SVG icons

Subject of the enhancement

It would be great to be able to enhance the base offering of Adapt with the ability to include SVG files that can be used as inline icons.

This change would:

• Reduce the overheard required for updating existing or adding new icons into the project
• Allow for icon animation
• Allow icons be multi coloured
• Allow multiple icons to be used in one local for new potential styles
