schema/readme/example ID capitalisation inconsistencies.

Subject of the issue/enhancement/features

Issue highlighted with schema testing in the authoring tool.

Throughtout the schemas/readmes/example files there is some inconsistency with how ID is capitalised. The correct capitalisation is ID, for consistency we'll need to find examples of 'id'/'Id' and update them to ID.
