allow plugins to be able to define their own icon for display in the 'add component' panel

So that plugin developers can choose something other than the jigsaw icon that non-core components get when listed in the 'add component' panel

As well as being able to choose one of the existing icons, they should be able to include their own icon in the plugin, providing it of the right file format, dimensions and filesize.
