Notes regarding support for Python 3.15

  • Visual Studio 2026 and its associated MSVC++ runtime redistributable will drop support for Windows 7/8/8.1. Continue using Visual Studio 2022. Or maybe vcruntime140.dll will still work just fine despite lack of official support.
