Make it fully sv compatible

I would like to submit a PR to allow direclty simulating the sv files using commercial simulators without the help of sv2v. It is now working locally on my side. Please let me know if it is acceptable or not.

I think you can submit it first and wait for review by the maintainer. It sounds like a good solution.
