Add AntDesign to CSS Frameworks

What this PR does? Add AntDesigns to list of CSS Frameworks.

Why are you adding given library? (Short description why do you think that this library is important) AntDesign is a great design alternative for React. It has many components and is constantly updated. Its brightness is in forms, which have their data-binding using redux.

IMO AntDesign is better than bootstrap to work with React. A great addition indeed.

Agree that is better to work with React, but I don't agree that is a good to know library, more like possibility, because very few projects are using Ant Design. There is a lot of projects ported from not React versions and therefore were built with bootstrap.

I think, that there should be a separation of CSS frameworks that have or do not integrate with React. This helps a lot in choosing the CSS framework.

Ant Design is superior, because it's not just a UI library.
