Support PyPortal displays and touch interfaces

It would be very nice to be able to use the LCD display and touch panel on the PyPortal and PyPortal Titano. These are fairly expensive devices, and currently WipperSnapper does not make any use these hardware features.

Ideas:

  • Display the feed values that are configured on AIO.
  • Use touch panel to select different feeds to display.
